SSI I-Joist is a structural "I" shaped member used in floor and roof construction.

SSI I-Joists are manufactured with either machine stress-rated lumber (MSR) or laminated veneer lumber (LVL) wood flanges and with structural grade oriented strand board webs.

Flange sizes range from 1 1/2" to 3" in depth and 2 1/2" to 3 1/2" in width. SSI Joists depth range from 9 1/2" to 30".

  • Continuous glued web to flange joints
  • Continuous glued web to web joints
  • Tension tested flanges (MSR) when finger joints are utilized
